Visualize where you want to be. When you see that version of yourself what qualities do you possess?
Questions you can ask yourself to assist you on the path of change:
What would you like to change?
What is your passion?
What do you want to achieve?
What would you like to fix?
Pick 3-5 positive attributes that you want in life NOW!
Write those down.
In your early morning meditation or prayer say those affirmations outloud to yourself.
Post your affirmations so that you see them throughout the day.
Believe with faith and energy that what you are saying is true.
Example Affirmation: I am beautiful!

Choose goals that you would like to work on.
Gather inspiring visual media that depicts what you plan to attain/acheive.
Put the visual reminders on your vision board.
Display your vision board where you can see it and remember who and what you want to become.
